Spencer received her Certification in Nutrition Consulting from the Bauman College of Holistic Nutrition & Culinary Arts.
Spencer works to empower her clients through nutrition - setting them up for success, and providing them with the tools and knowledge to help them achieve their long-term health goals. She meets clients where they are at on their journey to health, and works with them to create individualized dietary recommendations and customized meal plans based on their specific nutritional needs and lifestyles.
Her philosophy is based on reducing inflammation within the body, nourishing the gut and creating optimal digestion by focusing on consuming foods that are both nutrient dense and anti-inflammatory.
