EM:Healthspiration I'm on a journey to turn my life around for the better! I've been lost and overweight for far too long but that's all about to change!!!!! xx

I've been sad and down for way too long - it has effected so many aspects in my life and now I have decided to share with you guys my journey as I embark on a 30 day Nutritional Cleansing & Replenishing Program and find me...the real EM!! I'm not only looking for long term weightloss but for me a battle with my head has been going on for far too long and my dreams are being crushed in the process!

I'm seeking mental balance and harmony as my mind,body & soul work together!!! I've written goals down and I'm dreaming big - it's going to be a tough and bumpy ride but I'm so determine to stay on track like never before and reach ultimate health & happiness!!!!!
