Have you been affected by childhood cancer?

Are you, or your child, currently 8-21-years-old?

Would you like exercise and healthy eating guidance?

We have just launched "Making Moves” - an 8-week online physical activity program for young people affected by cancer. Making Moves is designed by young people who have had cancer, their parents, and healthcare professionals.

You can take part from the comfort of your home; you do NOT need to visit a hospital!

Watch the video to learn more about Making Moves from Accredited Exercise Physiologist Dr Lauren Ha!

It's R U OK Day, this year the message is:

Are they really OK? Ask them today.

Life's ups and downs happen to all of us. So chances are someone you know might be struggling. Your genuine support can make a difference whatever they are facing, big or small.

So, don’t wait until someone’s visibly distressed or in crisis. Make a moment meaningful and ask them how they’re really going. Your conversation could change a life
