Ayurveda no impone prohibiciones, nos invita a elegir con consciencia y sabidurรญa.

Explica que de lo que comemos, una parte se elimina, otra se convierte en dhatus (tejidos del cuerpo) y lo mรกs sutil se vuelve MENTE. Por eso, si quieres claridad interior, si buscas cambios profundos a nivel mental, observa tu alimentaciรณn.

Existe un tรฉrmino en Ayurveda llamado SATTVA: es la cualidad de la pureza, la calma, la lucidez y la estabilidad.
Los alimentos sattvicos son frescos, simples y ligeros. Nos sostienen con energรญa limpia, claridad mental y serenidad.

El vegetarianismo, es tambiรฉn una prรกctica de AHIMSA (no violencia): nutrir sin daรฑar, honrar la vida y elevar la consciencia.

๐ŸฅฉยฟSignifica esto que estรกs condenado a no practicar Ayurveda si comes carne? ยกNo!

Ayurveda tambiรฉn es respeto a los procesos, y cada camino es รบnico. Algunos pueden dejar la carne con facilidad, pero al mismo tiempo mantener una comunicaciรณn violenta, pensamientos tรณxicos, juicios constantes o relaciones poco armoniosas. Eso tambiรฉn es lo contrario a sattva y se aleja de ahimsa.

Ayurveda no se trata de imponer, sino de recordar que cada elecciรณn, lo que comes, lo que piensas, lo que hablas, cรณmo te relacionas, ES ALIMENTO para cuerpo, mente y espรญritu.

El punto no es dividirnos entre quienes comen carne y quienes no. El punto es cultivar mรกs consciencia, cada dรญa, desde el lugar en el que estemos.

In Ayurveda, avocado is sweet, oily, heavy, and cooling in virya: it soothes Vata with its softness and lubrication, can balance Pitta in moderation thanks to its cooling effect, but tends to aggravate Kapha due to its density and heaviness.

The best way to eat it is ripe, in small amounts, with digestive spices, and avoiding heavy combinations.

Tomorrow we kick off our 5-day detox with such an amazing group! Iโ€™m so proud of everyone taking this step to feel lighter and more energized.

For those who couldnโ€™t join this time, donโ€™t worry! Detox isnโ€™t only about โ€œcleaning ourselves upโ€; sometimes the smartest step is simply to prevent overloading the body in the first place. Eating clean matters, because every bite not only nourishes your body, it also supports clarity of mind and calmness of spirit.

Of course, the dream would be to always eat organic or grow your own veggies. But most of us shop at the supermarket, and thatโ€™s perfectly fine! What really makes a difference is washing them well.

How to Use a Neti Pot
1. Mix 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon of sea salt in 1 cup of warm water.
2. Turn your head to one side
3. Place the spout in the upper nostril and pour the solution while breathing through your mouth.
4. Repeat with the other nostril.
5. Gently blow your nose to remove any remaining fluid.
