Words can’t even express how grateful I am for this day and for this beautiful soul ..Coach Hailey helped my girl so much!!! If you have a gymnast or any high impact athlete that is experiencing aches and pains (especially going back after quarantine) CALL DR. Hailey! Meeting Hailey and listening to her inspire my girl and teach her about her body, how proper stretches are so important and how to help prevent pain was so much more than helping my girl. It healed this mommas heart. I watched as these two spoke a gymnastics language I knew nothing about. I watched in awe as this moment I was watching them, my girl was being empowered!!! She is learning tools to help herself. She is learning how to prevent pain and manage pain in a healthy way. What if we can empower before a problem. What if we can give our kiddos tools before they grow up to be given choices. What if she knows she can use so many natural tools to help her before she ever has to turn to medication!! This my friends is the way!!! I can’t thank you enough Hailey for the time and attention and tools you provided us. Brin left saying “Mommy can I go there everyday?!?”

“Let her sleep, for when she wakes she will move mountains.”
This beautiful girl has been through some emotional roller coasters FULL of change and she never ceases to amaze me. Tonight she showed me her heart, her strength and her sincere ability to forgive and show grace. She was wronged in a big way at school by a fellow classmate that stole something from her and it’s gone for good. It’s been a hard couple of days figuring it all out. My girl has handled it like a champ!! We closed the night out with praying for our friend that wronged her and by me saying...
“Well Brin do you feel like you are owed an apology?”
“Yes I do momma!!”
“I agree you do! I’ll arrange for that to happen and I’ll go with you to the principal in the morning. “
She said “You know what mom, she already feels bad enough and is embarrassed. Can I just deal with it and we move on?”
“YES YOU ABSOLUTELY CAN KIDDO!! I totally trust you got this handled.” 🥰
My momma heart is full and I am proud of this kid. She is always teaching me and showing me grace. I am blessed to be her mom and even grateful for hard lessons like these, so she has a chance to shine her own light the way she chooses.

In LOVE with my cute conversation corner! 💜 With what started out as a little thought of design from my momma became an incredible space of healing and love and prayer and peace. 💜Not only for me to feel ok with being in one chair and the other empty (because that is NOT my jam y’all and that’s a work in progress 😬) but I stepped back today and realized that little burn in my soul to complete my life coaching career that I started 6 years ago might just be what this space is calling me to do. When God is saying “It’s ok! You’ll be ok! Just go for it!” I guess I sort of tried to shhhhh buuuuut this cute little space just said NOW DO IT! Sooo stay tuned I guess. 😬
