You may have heard about the baton that's making its way through every part of Bradford ahead of the Big Free Fun Day at Odsal Stadium on Thurs 31st July!

On Tuesday, it's coming through our neck of the woods, and the wonderful Charlotte Bfd South from the ward area team is organising our walk. If you'd like to be involved, get in touch on the details below!

🌟Amazing FREE Event at Woodside Village Centre 🌟

Woodside Village Centre are holding a BD25 celebration - Culture is Cohesion and Dress it up Community Activities 🎉

📅 Friday 25th July
⏰ 11am till 2.30pm
📍 Woodside Village Centre

🐦 Come and make bird boxes
🪲 Make some bug houses
📸 See the history of Woodside with amazing photos
🪴🪻 Help revamp the community garden with flowers 🌻

Down at the Woodside Village Centre we have lots of cereal and crisps going free … 🫔🥨🍬

All best before date with dates from January-June 2025 🗓️

It would be such a shame to throw away perfectly good food because of a best before date.

We had such a good day today at the Brackenhill Park funday ✨

We were there with the Bradford South Maternity Circles and the Working on Wellbeing Social Prescribing as well as the amazing team with the Ridge Medical Practice completing the FREE health checks.

We loved meeting you all and chatting with you 🙋🏻🙋🏽

We signed up some volunteers and some people that would like our befriending service too 😊

Watch out for the video as there is one going round of us dancing 😅

🌟 Please have a look at this fab event hosted by Woodside Village Centre 🌟

Join us for a FREE Woodside BD25 Celebration Day, on Friday 25th July, 11am-2:30pm.

🪴🌱 Come along and help replant the park's garden area, make a bird or bug house, and Dress Up the area to make the Woodside garden look amazing again 🌻🪻🌷

📸 Inside the centre, we will have a Culture is Cohesion event, with lots of photos of Woodside past and present, take a trip down memory lane and look at how times have changed.

🖍️ There will be lots of fun craft activities for everyone and a bouncy castle for the kids.
