Can’t fall asleep easily anymore?
Never waking up feeling refreshed?
Slow to start in the mornings?

If your sleep feels broken or your energy is crashing mid-afternoon, your circadian rhythm (your body’s internal 24-hour clock) might be out of sync, a common issue as we move into and through our 40s/perimenopause, and often we go down rabbit holes online looking for a magic bullet or supplement to help us sleep better. What’s so often overlooked is the health of our body clock. Perimenopause = progesterone going down, oestrogen up and all over the place, + cortisol out of balance 🤯

Resulting in a whole host of different symptoms we just don’t want:

➡️ Hormonal headaches and migraines
➡️ Brain fog
➡️ Mood swings
➡️ Fatigue and low energy
➡️ Anxiety and low mood
➡️ Feeling more stressed or less resilient
➡️ Heavy periods
➡️ Breast pain
➡️ Sleep issues
➡️ Stubborn weight gain (especially round the middle)
➡️ Joint aches and pains
➡️ Just not feeling like yourself

You’re not just “getting older”. These are typical, typical experiences as we move into and through perimenopause. My health, energy, and weight battle started in 2002 when I gained 3 stone steadily over time, and decided it was time to shift it and get back to me. Little did I know I would battle for 8 years and get stuck in a frustrating yo yo dieting cycle. One day I decided there HAS to be more to this weight loss thing than these depressing restrictive diets I kept going back to with no success or at least no LASTING success. I sought the help of a Nutritional Therapist and learned that I was doing things all wrong - through NO fault of my own. Society was teaching me that to lose weight you needed to follow a low calorie diet and do a tonne of cardio, for a period of time, until the weight came off. But this ISN’T TRUE!!

I soon broke the cycle once I had the right advice and support. But I didn't just lose the weight, I got a tonne more energy, happiness, better sleep, better digestion, glowing skin, hair and nails, a strong body, and a great relationship with food ;) I’m turning 40 this year (2019) and feel better today than I could have ever dreamed in my 20s.

I’m one of the lucky ones having figured this all out ages 28, because most of my clients are coming to me after having been battling for a LOT longer than 8 years, they’re in their late 30s, 40s and 50s. But that doesn't matter because it’s NEVER too late to totally turn things around and become that vibrantly healthy, fit and in shape woman you so want to be, and DESERVE to be.

I teach my clients what's REALLY needed to lose weight, FEEL amazing, and make it last FOREVER. I’m a London based girl but I run my nutrition and lifestyle coaching practice virtually so I see clients from all over the UK and the world. I work with clients on a one to one basis or group basis inside my signature 12 week programme THE FOREVER PLAN.
