I Lived with the great yogi masters and studied Sivananda Yoga and Bihar School Of Yoga for over 10 Years since I am aged 8 years old. I becoming a certified Yoga Instructor in 2003 and I have advance my personal practice studying Iyenger Yoga in Pune University, Indian philosophy and meditation. I have taught Yoga in India, Malaysia and China. I am currently teaching at Royal Yoga located in Taipei city, Taiwan. My teaching approach is focusing on using yoga postures and breathing exercises in a creative and unique environment with respect to my various practice like Iyenger Yoga, Hatta Yoga, Vinyasa Flow, Ashtanga Yoga , Yoga Theraphy, Yoga Nidra and Power Yoga, Yoga Meditation, Gentle Yoga and Hot Yoga. I am passionate about Yoga. I see my self as a down-to-earth practitioner carrying the light of yoga around the world for those who are interested in benefiting from the healing power of this ancient of art. I am inspired by a strong background of spiritual teachings from great gurus and having studied all major Yogic scriptures and mastered all the major branches of Yoga. Thus, I strive to share this wealth of Yogic knowledge by designing and producing Yoga Theraphy Programs for various ailments and interests. I also produced an program for guided deep relaxation ( Yoga Nidra ). I am sharing the joys and benefits of yoga with beginners, and everyone who enjoys and learns yoga better with individual attention and assistance. My greatest inspiration comes from seeing others move towards their spiritual potential. In India my guru taught me that each of us has our own starting point and it is here that we begin our personal journey to health, happiness and beyond. I believe teaching has enhanced my practice and knowledge of both rehabilitation and perfection athletic performance. I am committed to a healthy mind and body and believes that yoga is essential element to that goal. Soni的教學經驗遍及印度、馬來西亞和中國, 目前他任教於臺灣的瑜珈中心, 他的教學特色是配合瑜珈體位法和調息練習, 創造性出獨特的環境氛圍, 調和各式各樣風格的瑜珈流派,諸如艾楊格瑜珈、哈達瑜珈、動態瑜珈、阿斯坦加、瑜珈療法、舒眠瑜珈、強力瑜珈、瑜珈冥想、溫和瑜珈、熱瑜珈。
經過長年的練習,接觸過多種風格的瑜珈派別,也完成瑜珈經典理論研讀後, Soni受到上師們的啟迪及精神感召, 決心以教學與學生分享瑜珈精髓, 他開始設計針對不同族群或疾病需求的療癒課程, 也教導學生們做深度的放鬆引導(Yoga Nidra)。
與所有瑜珈初學者分享練習的喜悅、見到學員們邁向靈性道路對鼓舞Soni甚深, 遵從著他在印度上師的教導, 他準備引領學生們開啟邁向健康、喜悅的神聖道路。多年的教學經驗同時也強化了他的個人練習、對瑜珈療癒功能的專業、並使其肢體展現趨於完美, Master Soni全心投入於身心靈健康教學, 深信瑜珈在此扮演不可或缺的角色。
