Our Story

Hi and welcome to jyoti holistics

My name is Claire, I‘m 50 years young and live in Cheshire. I’m married with 6 beautiful children and have 4 grandchildren. I love my life and all the lessons it has taught me. I believe we never stop learning and want to share this with you.

My spiritual journey began over 10 years ago, due to grief after losing my Mum to cancer and having 3 miscarriages. This was my crossroads, I could either let it consume me or I could use my knowledge to help others.

It took some time to realise how I could do this. I had to heal first before I could help others but quickly realised that if I did nothing that I would not only doing others a disservice, I would also be letting myself down. This tested my faith and changed my perception of life.

I started to study Reiki and within 2 years, I had received my Reiki Practitioner Level 2 degree. During my training, I received some very intense messages from my angels. At the time I didn’t understand them but I have since realised that they have been guiding me through my entire life.

I was lucky to find an excellent yoga teacher who has inspired me to pass on his teachings of both the principles and postures. My love for yoga, meditation, chakra healing, angels, crystals and aromatherapy all contributed greatly to my healing. It became my passion and is now my business.

My journey raised my vibration and my love for energy work has helped me to develop my spiritual gifts. I can feel energy (clairsentience), often hear messages from spirit and angels (clairaudience) and I have a sense of knowing about things before they happen (claircognizance).

I am eternally grateful for the inspiration of others that have guided me on my journey. They have given me confidence to share my truth. Now it’s time to show up and share what I have learnt so I can help others.
