Did you know….skincare edition

💦 Cleansing
•Double cleanse at night if you wear makeup or sunscreen.
•Use lukewarm water—hot water strips natural oils.
•Cleanse for at least 60 seconds to remove dirt and oil effectively.

•SPF 30+ daily, even when it’s cloudy.
• Reapply every 2 hours if outside.
