I just realised this morning, its 5 wonderful years since True Harmony Holistic Therapies by Roseena moved to Clonmany....

It's had its moments but through everything I have had the most wonderful clients who stuck with me & I've had the joy & pleasure of meeting many new ones 💜

This was my dream, my own wee corner where I done things my way.... I like making time to meet & chat.... to listen to the good news stories & the challenging stories, True Harmony is a place to come, to relax & to heal....

One of the best bits is getting a message to say a new baby 💙🩷 has arrived after taking the new mammy through her pregnancy reflexology journey & hearing it "wasn't as bad" as she thought it would be 💙🩷....

I love doing reiki treatments, having a client arriving feeling not themselves for a variety of different reasons & leaving feeling so much better & balanced 💜

Every single treatments has so many benefits for either mind, body or soul....

CATCHING THE SUNRISE....

What an absolutely gorgeous morning here on Pollan....

The sun rising to start a brand new day.... not a ripple in the water & the smell of the sea.....

We are so blessed beyond measure to live in this beautiful county.....

There's a lot Donegal doesn't have but there's so much we do have...

And being able to drive less than 10 minutes to sit on the rocks to watch the sun rising & listen to the sea lapping is definitely one of the most precious gifts...

Bringing peace & giving focus, soothing the mind.

And yes I am here in my slippers cause I was afraid to miss it if I had to start tying trainers 😆

Rosie & myself had a wee stay cation at Culdaff Estate Glamping....

The pods are beautiful, everything we needed was there, they're so cosy & its over looking the gorgeous Culdaff Beach...

Unfortunately it was a bit misty but you can't plan the Irish weather 🙈

But I still got a walk on the beach, it is one of the most beautiful beaches in the peninsula.... its not about the weather, its all about how you dress 😊

We wish Rachel & George the very best of luck with this new venture......
