how to fully forgive and forget in 3 steps:
1. start by journaling to clear the mind, see your thoughts, understand your feelings, and forgive yourself
2. initiate a vulnerable convo with the person you have a grudge towards to clear the air, that is if you want to build your connection with them (this is the most difficult part for me and doesn’t always go the way i intend)
3. meditate to let it go and forget about it. once i feel love towards myself and the other person, then i know it’s fully forgiven. some ‘forgivings’ take longer than others and i’ll circle back to 1 and 2 when needed.
