Oh goodness! and I have been in such a new parent bubble for the past two weeks, I completely forgot to post up our favourite news. 🤩

Our baby girl, Poppy Sarah Elizabeth Murtagh arrived full of fun and sass on February 18th. She is fantastic and we are completely mad about her 🥰

Although my brain is very fuzzy and forgetful, my heart is very fuzzy and full these days 😍

Happy Christmas you wonderful gang! 🤩🎄🎅🏻🌈 I hope it’s a restful, fun time, with lots of plans for a magic 2023! ✨

I have been missing a bit offline in the past few months as we have been moving to Greystones and I have been growing a tiny yogi who is due to join us in February 🥰

As you can see, I’m quite delighted about it, but I am missing our lovely classes, so hope to be back teaching by next summer 💛💛💛

Happy Pride Everyone! 🌈

It's Dublin Pride festival this week and I love that our city is full of celebrations every June for Pride!

I love that the rainbow, filled with colour and joy is a symbol for LGBTQIA Pride.

I love how far we have come, but look forward to how much further we can go until everyone's heart just remembers that love is love is love is love.

That's where we're headed. That's where we need to be. That’s what we truly are.
