⁣Growth isn’t linear. It disrupts before it clarifies. It humbles before it strengthens.⠀

If things feel unstable, it’s not a sign you’re failing. It’s often a sign that something outdated is losing its hold.⠀

Real change doesn’t ask for perfection. It asks for honesty. For the courage to try, stumble and stay kind to yourself while you learn.⠀

You don’t think your way into a new life. You move toward it, one honest step at a time. If you’re in the middle of it, keep going.

⁣POWER is open.⠀

This is a 12-week initiation for men who feel the tension of unrealized potential.⠀

Men whose power has been fragmented, unfocused and diluted through distraction and modern life.⠀

Men who sense that their energy, attention and discipline could be sharpened into something more meaningful.⠀

POWER develops:⠀
• Clarity⠀
• Discipline⠀
• Purpose⠀

Through structure, brotherhood and embodied action.⠀

This container asks for presence. Consistency. Personal responsibility.⠀

You’ll work with your nervous system, your stories and your standards. Not as concepts, but as lived practice. What changes is not just how you think, but how you move through your life.⠀

The first men who enter will receive a curated Vitality Kit designed to support energy, focus, and hormonal health. Because power is built in the body, not just the mind.⠀

If you feel the pull, take the next step.⠀

⁣These are some challenging times we're facing.⠀

And now the holidays are upon us.⠀

Although this is marketed as a time for joy and cheer, for many of us this may be a time of great stress.⠀

Some of us have lost jobs. Lost friends. We may be unsure of our next steps..⠀

Wherever you find yourself during this time I wanted to remind you..⠀

Find the blessing ✨⠀

However slim it may be, try to uncover the silver lining.⠀

Because I assure you, in every challenge there is an opportunity, in every tragedy a spurring of growth.⠀

What is life illuminating for you? ⠀

Where can you bring more presence? More consistency?⠀

Where is life demanding more courage of you? More compassion?⠀

Pay attention and don't miss this opportunity for expansion. ⠀

Find the blessing 🙏🏼✨⠀

⁣Today is a day where for once the culture at large actually acknowledges death and the deceased 💀⠀

We see peoples around the world using this opportunity to remember those who have passed on, and to honor their contributions.⠀

We are only here because of the countless beings who've come and gone before us. ⠀

I feel it's important to remember our loved ones who have passed on. ⠀

But it's also valuable and sometimes necessary that we honor and connect to our more ancient ancestry, those whose names have long been forgotten. ⠀

Because we are partly composed of family karma or consciousness, connecting with ancestors can have a profound impact on our personal wellness and health. ⠀

On a familial level, ancestor work can help heal inter-generational patterns of family trauma.⠀

On a cultural level, the ancestors can be powerful allies in transforming historical trauma and other types of collective pain. ⠀

This helps us move beyond victim / victimizer consciousness and step towards embodying what is beautiful and helpful from the past 🌀✨⠀

No one wants to hear all the reasons you didn't do what you said you would do 🤮⠀

When we make excuses we think it's a viable solution, to offer evidence as to why we couldn't live up to our word. ⠀

We try to point the finger at everything else to avoid the feelings of disappointment, embarrassment, fear.⠀

But when we make excuses we are disempowering ourselves and giving others reason to distrust.⠀

While it can be challenging to step up to the plate and claim ownership for the things we've done or failed to do, it's so much harder to go on living perpetually excusing ourselves.⠀

Over time, not only do others lose faith in you but most importantly you begin to lose faith in yourself. ⠀

Your excuses aren't working. ⠀

This doesn't mean you need to be perfect. ⠀

Quite the contrary, the world needs you to fully embrace every action and inaction and claim your ownership over your life and your choices.⠀

You may still fail, you may let others down.⠀

But in taking on the full responsibility of your words and deeds you invite others to have a deeper trust in you. You allow others to see you more clearly. ⠀

You become more attractive and trustworthy to men and women alike, embodying integrity and reliability. ⠀

So, where have you been making excuses for yourself?⠀

And where can you begin to take greater ownership of your thoughts, words and deeds?⠀

Gratitude is like a muscle, let's do some quick exercise ❤⠀

Take a deep breath with me, deep into the belly.⠀

What are you grateful for today?⠀

Maybe things come to you easily, a loving flow of appreciation.⠀

Maybe in this moment you notice it's hard to conjure the feeling, something's in the way..⠀

Honor wherever you are. 🙏🏼⠀

And continue. ⠀

Place your hand on your heart. With each breath hold that person or thing in your awareness, feel them inside of you.⠀

Let a smile form on your lips.⠀

Breathe deeply. Feel the love and gratitude for your partner, your child, your health.⠀

Feel thankful for the challenges, the growth, the dark places you survived.⠀

Give each one some space. Hold them close and dear. Allow the warm, light quality to permeate your body.⠀

Imagine your heart opening and expanding as you breathe. 💗⠀

Take one final breath and thank yourself for your time and attention, for your intentional cultivation of gratitude and love. This is a great gift.⠀

I bow to you, and give thanks if you've paid my post any of your attention today. Have a blessed day my friend ☀🙏🏼✨⠀
