I live in Rochester, MN with my soul-mate and partner-in-life Tina Marie. She owns Lilac Wellness Center. I help her run Lilac Wellness Center (http://www.lilacwellnesscenter.com) by providing behind-the-scenes project support, facilities maintenance, admin help, research assistance, and just being a good general sounding board for ideas and products. This page is a true labor of love for me. All of the subjects are somehow related to body, mind, or spiritual wellness. Sometimes I will post on things that are personally important to me and from my own personal experience.
