With so much hatred and violence being witnessed presently, I wish to make something clear to those whom are ignorant as to just Who and What we are. First, there is not strictly Man and Woman Spirits in these earth-ships, these bodies. In fact, the diversity of Spirits incarnated are diverse beyond imagination. There have been Dual Spirits from the beginning of the human race are have been recognized and even revered in many societies.
As Spirits, we gather with teachers, guides and other Heavenly helpers before we 'come down' to earth, and in these gatherings and meetings, we decide most aspects of our lives. We chose our parents, as they chose to parent us, we even chose the time of birth, due to the astrological influences we wish to inherit.
It goes so much deeper than that of course but we'll keep it simple here at first.
How do I know that you may ask. Well, I've been studying hypnotherapy and it is under a self induced hypnotic trance (all trance states are self induced, even those guided by a hypnotherapist) that people can remember all things about themselves, and about creation itself.
I will speak and refer most frequently during my following posts about the decades long study done by Dr. Shakuntala Modi in which her patients consistently reported the same scenarios of their lives, time after time again. These four books, starting with 'Remarkable Healing,' which I read a decade ago, have profoundly influenced not just how I see myself and all other things in Creation, they have given me peace, they have shown me my innate power to conduct my life as I wish it to develop, and the desire to spread this message to the world, that others my find such peace.

Here is the kicker, WE HAVE BEEN LIED TO! By religions, by those seeking power over others. That issue will be address next post.
