I know gluten free seems to be the rage but it really is a difficult protein to digest for most people in general. However eating some of those GF products out there doesn't make you healthy. All of my recipes are Gluten Free (made healthy) as my daughter has a gluten sensitivity. Many of my recipes are dairy, egg, sugar and nut free too! You may be asking what is left? Yummo healthy flavors I promise! We have been teaching cooking classes and sharing recipes with our patients for years at the Natural Medicine Clinic in Palm Beach Gardens to help them reach optimal health. Whether you must change your diet for serious health concerns
or just to enjoy and insure a "spoonful of health" daily for prevention we are serving up the best advice for your taste buds and health! One of my heros, Hippocrates said "Let food be thy medicine and medicine by thy food."

🍁It’s that time of year and you can still have some sweetness and eat your potato casserole too! 🍁This is a favorite from the archives over the years and a healthified version of my mother’s recipe. Hold the marshmallows and add the chopped apples and we have a delicious casserole! Omit the dates if you are on phase 1 Freediet and add a dash of monk fruit and add few tbsp. of ghee. I had an epiphany! I need to eat more fish! Are you with me? Specifically, I need to eat more of that pink, rich in omega-3 fatty acids, vitamin B, selenium, postassium and high in protein FISH called salmon! But I understand some people just don’t like the taste of salmon so this recipe combines lots of different flavors so you can get get the benefits of eating this nutrient dense fish! Just be sure to get wild, caught, and not farm raised!! Recipe in bio ☺️
