Do you know your mineral status?
electrolytes and magnesium supplementation are all the rage, but are they right for you?

Our mineral status is unique to each of us and changing over time.

We need a delicate balance of our four macro minerals calcium, magnesium, sodium, potassium and we also need supporting minerals.

Blood test won’t give you all the information you need. A hair mineral test will show you your last three months mineral status.

If you struggle with low thyroid, adding in lots of magnesium, could be slowing down your system even more! If you have high calcium you may need to watch Vitamin D levels and don’t overdo it.

Based upon MY current status, I need to supplement with more potassium and lighter in magnesium.

So for me, my local Cleveland based Nooma electrolyte drink is perfect. I add in a food based Vitamin C from and salt for my perfect adrenal cocktail balance!

It’s not about always about what you eat or how much you exercise, it’s about what your body absorbs and what can get into your cells for energy ⚡️
If you feel the tired right after eating, you could have blood glucose or have insulin resistance.
You do not have to have type two diabetes to be dealing with one or both of these issues.

Hi There :)

Hello my name is Loraine Mazzolini and I am a Certified Health Coach from a suburb of Cleveland, OH. My passion is health and overall wellness and living my best life possible and helping others do the same. My focus is on helping petite woman but really I will talk to anyone about achieving optimal health. I just happen to understand the needs of petite woman because... well I am one!! Do what you know, right? I know that being (almost) 50 years old and 5’2” tall requires different food requirements and exercise than my younger and vertically optimized friends and I help other petite woman become what I call “Elite Petites.”

I have been living a healthy lifestyle for over 11 years and I can help you do the same. DISCLAIMER: I AM NOT PERFECT and you don’t have to be either! I enjoy a cocktail on the weekends, my kryptonite is Oreos and I eat burgers and dogs at a BBQ! I just work on eating right 80% of the time since I believe healthy eating is so important to my overall health and well being. I also exercise regularly but I have periods of time where I skip my workouts and just enjoy outdoor sports with my kids for my exercise.

If you are interested in working with me, let’s schedule a time to talk. If we hit it off then great and if it isn’t a fit for you then no hard feelings. Working with a health coach is a lot like having a best friend who happens to be really educated in health and wellness so it really takes a mutual connection to make the relationship work.
