Hi I’m Katie, I’m a NZREPs registered, qualified instructor and one of Denizen’s top Pilates studios in 2021. My classes are suitable for every body.

Barre is BACK!

We re start the term on Wednesday 11th Feb @ 10am

I cant wait to see you all at the Barre 🥳

As the term progresses if demand is there I may add another morning (or two!)

For those of you with young children, an intro to dance class runs alongside this so your kids can discover their love of dance while you work out!

Location: 40 Nelson St,
Time: 10am
$: $25 drop in or concession cards are available. ($210 for 10 classes = $21/class!)

Signature bespoke sessions are back! 60, 45 or 30 mins.

Reformer, Mat, Prop based? We go with your flow.

Do you want to be pain free, increase mobility and strength and we go with a dose of whatever you need on the day.

No two sessions are the same, and we can work through any of your goals.

Keen to come in and get moving? Spots available from 10th February. Strictly limited spaces.

I’m bringing BARRE back!

Thanks to Siyanna I will be beginning with our Wednesday 10am sessions from February.

Multi class passes will be available, and if you still have some outstanding sessions on your card - I will honour them.

Cannot wait to get these up and running with you all again!

Option to add further dates on throughout, but let’s start here together 🥰

There will also be a preschool dance session on alongside the barre class, so that you can bring your little one to dance, while you get to work out. Amazing 🤩

3 years today.
