Hi I'm Lesley, founder of Lles Sports Massage & Yoga. I hold Level 3 qualifications in Sports Massage and Teaching Yoga (200 YTT), am CIMSPA registered, fully insured and hold a Firts Aid at Work certificate. I offer inclusive yoga classes, mobile massage service and seasonal wellness sessions designed to help you feel balanced, relaxed and energised. My approach is about supporting your wellbeing and helping you reconnect body and mind

Just 20 minutes before class… it was grey skies, rain clouds, and wild coastal winds.
And then this happened 🌤️

The clouds parted.
The sea softened.
The sun arrived just in time for Yoga on the beach.

There’s something incredibly special about moving your body outdoors beside the ocean- breathing in the salty sea air, feeling the breeze against your skin, and listening to the waves lap against the golden shoreline as the evening light begins to soften.

For 50 minutes, the noise of life quietens.

You move.
You breathe.
You reset.

With the current financial pressures many people are feeling, I wanted to keep these sessions as accessible as possible, so classes will be £8 for the remainder of the 2026 season 🌊

✨ May Saturday Yoga Sessions ✨

This May, our Saturday Stretch & Flow classes will be all about exploration, playfulness, and building confidence. 🖤

We’ll be exploring some of the foundations that can lead towards Crow Pose - but this is not about achieving the pose.

It’s about:
✨ trying something new
✨ learning to trust yourself
✨ building strength & balance
✨ growing confidence in your body
✨ having fun along the way

There’ll be options for everybody, plenty of encouragement, and absolutely no pressure.

Whether you lift both feet or not, these sessions are about celebrating what your body can do in a supportive community space. ✨

Running events, triathlons, Hyrox training, long gym sessions, physical jobs, busy weeks on your feet… it all adds up.

I offer focused recovery massage sessions designed to ease tension, support recovery, and help you move more comfortably again.

✨ 30-minute focused massage – £30
Perfect for one specific problem area needing attention.

✨ 45-minute recovery massage – £45
Ideal for spending longer on persistent tension or treating connected areas such as back, shoulders, and neck.

Join me at 9:30am at Barry Central Bowls Club for a gentle, welcoming start to your weekend.

This space is for everyone — whether you’ve never stepped onto a mat before, you’re returning after some time away, or you simply want to move in a way that feels good for your body.

No pressure, no judgement, just time to breathe, stretch, and reconnect with yourself.

This week’s flow will softly explore heart-opening backbends and chest openers — helping to release tension, open up through the body, and leave you feeling a little lighter, a little calmer.

Here’s me, practising—meeting myself where I am today. Ahimsa!

Some days it flows, some days it wobbles… and both are part of the practice.

Working through Malasana → Crow → Headstand. Slowing it down, building strength, finding steadiness breath by breath.

Rebuilding, reconnecting, and reminding my body what it can do.

Not perfect. Not polished. But real.

Beach yoga update 🌊

I’ve made the call to cancel tomorrow evening’s session. Between an incoming high tide, gusty winds and cooler temps… it’s just not quite the vibe I had in mind to kick things off 🥶

I want these sessions to feel calm, spacious and enjoyable — not us battling the elements 😅

Next class will now be Wednesday 8th April, 6:15–7:15pm, weather and tide permitting 🤞
