🎓 Student Spotlight – Welcoming the Next Generation of PTs at BPTW!

Each year, we’re proud to host Doctor of Physical Therapy students from various programs in the country—offering real-world experience, 1:1 mentorship, and a supportive, fun, team-oriented environment. We’re especially proud that many of our current PTs first joined BPTW as students—a true reflection of the positive, growth-driven culture we’ve built and the lasting impact of our clinical education program.

This summer, we’re thrilled to have four outstanding students across our clinics:
📍 Dale R. – Boston University completing his 2nd clinical rotation at our Arlington office
📍 Caleb C. – Tufts University completing his final clinical rotation at our Arlington office

💪 Strength Has No Age Limit – Especially at BPTW Wi******er!

At Boston PT & Wellness – Wi******er, we’re proud to offer Strength & Conditioning Classes for adults 65+, designed to help older adults stay strong, mobile, and confident as they age.

🏋️‍♂️ Held twice a week for one hour, this class focuses on:
✅ Building full-body strength
✅ Supporting bone density & minimizing muscle loss
✅ Reducing fall risk
✅ Encouraging independence, mobility, and confidence
✅ Fostering a fun, social, and motivating environment

Led by our clinic director and senior PT, Rob, with support from trained rehab aides and students, each class includes both compound and isolated movements with individualized exercise prescription and progressions tailored to participants’ needs—with a steady focus on safe, progressive loading.
