Healthy Halloween Recipe 2!

Looking to celebrate in style, but also stay healthy this Halloween? 👀 Barbara's got your back with this healthy guilt-free drink! 🎃

Ingredients (10 servings):
20 fresh lychees (peeled)
20 fresh cherries OR 225g jar cocktail cherries
20 raisins
1 litre Tahitian Noni® Original
1 litre sparkling water, chilled
A few ice cubes for each glass

Method
Wash/Drain/Prepare the lychees and cherries. Push a raisin into one end of each cherry, then push the cherries into the lychees to make ‘eyeballs’. Then, in a glass mix 30ml Tahitian Noni® and 50ml sparkling water and add 2 ‘eyeballs’ to each glass. Add a few pieces of ice and serve.

Introducing Barbara Cox-Lovesy's new recipe variant for healthy bites! Here's how to make the "Cinnamon Raisin Energy Balls":

📝INGREDIENTS (10/15 Servings)
180 g Rolled Oats
250g Cashew Butter
100g Honey or Maple Syrup
3 Scoops PureNourish™
2 tbsp. Raisins
1/4 tsp. Cinnamon

👩🏻‍🍳INSTRUCTIONS
Stir all ingredients in a bowl until well combined (Tip: near the end, knead the dough with your hands. If too dry, add water or plant-based milk 1 tsp. at a time as required), scoop and form the balls and enjoy! Store in a covered container in the fridge or freezer.
