Today, we embrace the quiet invitation of Sunday Medicine 🌿
One of the biggest gifts we can give ourselves is to tune, in tap in, and give our bodies what they really need.
If you have had movement on your list for a while however find yourself looking back on the week saying oops or I wish, or even oh I just didn't we recommend turning that around for your own mental health and taking the time each day, pencilling out time where you just show up, no matter what happens that space is carved for you to practice- yoga, walking, meditation, workout. etc. so that the cells in your body receive the nourishment from the practice and those from saying I did, yes, I achieved my goals. The Pitta part of us loves to achieve our goals so remember to set some that are achievable building routine and confidence leading to a multitude of benefits.
