Hi Everyone,

The Transition Coordinating meeting is this Thursday January 12, 2023 from 12pm – 2pm (https://zoom.us/j/98360839635 ). There was some slight confusion in a prior email. The agenda will be:

For the meeting we will be joined by, Karen Velocci, President of SI-Services.com and Director of Programming and Technology at The Center at Hampton House -- and First and Foremost, Mom to Stefan who is a 26-year-old living with Autism, will be presenting and discussing her experiences with Using Technology to Support and Enhance Communication when a student leaves school.
After Karen’s presentation, Karen will be join by Nancy Jelan who is the founder of the Center at the Hampton House to discuss some of the great happenings for young adults with disabilities at the Center.
After Karen’s and Nancy’s presentation we will have updates from any other community agencies and I have number of updates as well.
In regards to my updates, one of the things that I will be talking about is disability disclosure, the hiring process, as we continue to adjust to a changing employment landscape.
