"When I signed up to do my YTT200 at The Yoga School, I never dreamed how life changing the journey would be for me. I had done my research regarding the content, read journals of others who have taken the course and chatted openly and honestly with my yoga teacher. I felt I was fully prepared for the path ahead. What I didn't expect was how it would change me, what I would learn about my own body and my mind, what I was capable of both physically and mentally, of what I can achieve. I have met some incredible people on this journey. This group of 13 amazing yoginis have just graduated from our 200hr Yoga Teacher Training program.

They have practiced and shared, laughed and cried, listened and questioned, sweat and occasionally swore, delved deep and discussed, lead and followed, supported and surrendered... they have grown and blossomed. They’ve experienced every aspect of yoga within themselves—where they are right now—both on the mat and in their daily lives. While the intensity of this life changing experience may fade as time continues, seeds have been planted. When they rest, those seeds will germinate. And every time they practice, on or off the mat, those seedlings will grow.

Life as a yoga teacher is a commitment to life as a student. Forever learning and growing. Forever humble.

Congratulations, yoginis!!! We wish you all the very best on your journey as a forever student and teacher of yoga. We look forward to continuing to support and walk this path with you.

Our foundation Yoga Teacher Training is officially fully booked!

If you are interested in joining our waitlist or an expression of interest group for future trainings, we’d love to hear from you.

We still have a few spaces open in our dedicated ‘Yoga Philosophy, Lifestyle & Ethics’ module, open to anyone with an inquiring mind and desire to delve deeper. This module will be lead by the talented, knowledgable and extremely passionate, Dr Helen Kelly, and run over 3-4 Saturday sessions.

Expect thought provoking discussions, enlightening readings, therapeutic tea, healing laughter (maybe some tears), and a delicious vegetarian lunch.
