~ An incredible chapter of my life revolved around Movement, Music, & Community ~ Teaching Thousands around the World to Ground | Flow | Fly has been an epic calling I am honored to have answered.
Like all things in life, there was Love and there was Pain ~ the climbs and the falls, the beautiful spaces my students soared inside, laughing and growing stronger as we unlocked new skills and forged new friendships. 🫶🏽
To All my Students ~ both online and in person, to the THOUSANDS of Souls who trusted me, who flew with me, who learned from me and with me ~ I L🤍VE You All.
I am so Grateful for the few who tried to tear me down, releasing their own deep insecurities onto me in the form of hate, gossip, and snarky remarks. You made my fire grow stronger, not dimmer. 🔥
From the laughter echoing between the beams we swung from, to the parties and festivals we performed at, the media features and awards, the hundreds of incredibly kind reviews, the teacher trainings and retreats from Alaska to Costa Rica ~ You made my Life so Rich with Love, Flight, and Friendships I will always cherish. 💞
