Homemade granola…it made me house smell amazing!!!
200g protein oats
56g sliced almonds
cinnamon
3 tbsp local honey + 2 tablespoons coconut oil…melt in microwave and pour over mixture
Baked at 300F/150C for about 45 min
1/10th has 150 cal, 5 g protein and 3.5g fiber
