Feeling so strongly at the moment

How we ARE life

We are love

We are all of creation

Moving through us

As us

Here in this moment.

How we’re on the absolute leading edge of experience;

Of life as it’s happening

And we’re either participating fully in that creation

Or not 🫠.

Being held back by fear, distortions, parts of ourself that see itself as separate form this…

For me, this is understanding is a felt experience

A knowing

A remembering

That’s amplified the more I live through the lens of my body, instead of my mind.

And what I feel to be true is our ‘job’?

To more deeply honour this

To celebrate

To allow

To live fully as the expression of this divine energy that is alive within us at all times

And to share this with others 🤍

I feel this to be the highest form of service;

Not trying to be in service to others,

But being in service to this divine force

The energy that is pulsing through your body

Aching to be set free into to the world

In the way that only YOU can.

Whether that is sharing your unique soul gifts as a healer, coach, mentor

Or being the love that you are fully as a mother, partner or other

Either way,

When you remember that YOU ARE LIFE AS IT IS HAPPENING

YOU ARE LOVE

You are the divine source of all of creation

And anything else is just a distortion that gets to be held and ‘detangled’

EVERYTHING shifts.

We don’t meditate to get closer to god

We do to it to honour, and in reverence of god’s presence already + always within us

We don’t do the work to heal and reclaim parts of ourself because we’re broken

We do it because we know we’re already whole; and healing allows us to have a more accurate felt experience of this

We don’t nourish and move our bodies to force them into looking a certain way

We do it in devotion of the miracle that we are - to more deeply honour the vitality, and energy that is alive within us (and to enjoy the byproduct of getting hotter, lighter, more radiant + reverse ageing in the process 🤭)

We don’t come into relationship to get love

We do it to share the love that we are 🤍

We don’t create art and share share it on the internet as our job, to prove our worth or to get something from others

We do it to honour the calling deep within us; to express the creative life force that wants to be shared through us

We allow ourselves to be fully funded by faith

To be moved by the moment

Led by our bodies and hearts

And

We’re not trying to GET ANYWHERE with it

Instead

We revel in knowing who we are at a soul level; knowing where we’re going and what we’re contributing to the world, being devoted to having the most rich experience of ourselves, life and others for the good of all.

We do things a little bit differently around here… 🦄✨🐍

PART 2 of I AM

Because I am.

And it really is that simple

I am whole

Because I AM

I am love

Because I AM

I am limitless, free

Because I AM

I am worthy

Because I AM

I am infinitely abundant

Because I AM

Guided, held, provided for

Because I AM

Infinitely wise and creative

Because I AM.

I am a powerful force of nature

Because I AM.

There is nothing I can do to BECOME any of this

Nothing I can do to alter any of this

And nothing I can ever do to not be any of this

Because this is who I AM.

I am able to forget this

I am able to distort this

I am able to think I need to work or do more to become this

But really

I AM this.

And so I can never not be this

No matter what I think

No matter how I feel

No matter how I act or what I experience.

Absolutely nothing can change the truth of my being

Of your being;

Of our inherent wholeness

Worth

Love

Infinite abundance, wisdom, creativity and divine power

Absolutely nothing.

Something extra powerful happens

When you make the shift

From wanting this or that to happen outside of you;

From wanting your partner to be different

Your body to be different

Your business to have more success

Any area of your life to change,

To deciding to become the woman

Who chooses herself fully.

Who stops running from herself and instead knows she’s got herself no matter what

Who feels so safe in her body, TRUSTS herself and her ability to flow with life

Who is able to open and receive the guidance, magic and abundance that life has to give her in every moment

Even and ESPECIALLY when she hits a wobble.

The greatest gift you will ever give yourself

Is CHOOSING YOU. 
Choosing to give yourself

Your own time + attention

Your love

Your softness

Your safety

Your trust

Your support

Your wisdom

Your knowing

Your nurturing

Your understanding

Your respect

Your devotion

✨ The woman who chooses to shine even brighter when old coping mechanisms of dimming arise

✨ The woman who chooses to nourish and nurture her body, her emotions and all aspects of her when the old pattern of distracting herself kicks in

✨ The woman who chooses to listen to and trust the whispers of her soul above anyone and anything else when the tendency to ‘leave her body’ and overthinking is strong

✨ The woman who chooses the love that she is when old relational patterns emerge

Is the woman that’s a match for magic and miracles.

Somewhat paradoxically;

The woman who beams with a timeless radiance + magnetism

Who is deeply met; fulfilled and receives all she desires

Is the woman who is alllll in on herself.

And within this learns how to meet + melt the parts of herself that are still looking outward for love, validation, approval, anything…

Who softens down into her body + actually ends the cycle of self abandonment

And so steps more fully into the depth of her grace + power.

After meditating for years

Yoga-ing

Retreating

Teacher training - ing

Studying consciousness

Experiencing altered and expanded states

I found I was still searching

Still believing that there was some sort of formula

To feel how I wanted to feel

Home in myself

Safe

Expanded

Limitless

Free

And then one day

Everything changed

It was really quite dramatic (kinda how I like it 💁🏻‍♀️)

Like a lightning bolt of sorts

All of a sudden

I can only explain it as

The seeking just ended

COMPLETELY STOPPED.

The part of me that had been trying to ‘figure it all out’

For years;

How to be in that state of effortless flow

Deep presence

Feeling free

Abundant

Like my most true, radiant self

Just fell away…

And what I was left with was a new knowing

A new frequency

That had actually been there the whole time

Hiding in plain sight

So obvious

Yet so hidden

A whole new way to see + feel myself

And all of life

A whole new way to see + feel others

This frequency has become the underlying foundation of everything I offer you

And is currently emerging within me more than ever.

And even though absolutely everybody has access to this

The women who really open and let this land

Who actually fully allow themselves to experience this

Are the ones who just know there is wayyyyy more to themselves than they’re currently experiencing

More to how we’ve been taught to experience life

The women who actually allow themselves to experience this, are the ones who are willing to go deep within

The ones who see everything they experience as an invitation to do so

This is the frequency of I AM

Of you never not being it…

The purest state of your being

Where your radiance, worth, abundance, freedom, love and a deep knowing are never in question.

I am here to remind you of this.

And I don’t say this lightly

It will change absolutely everything about your life it you let it
