I have been practicing yoga for six years and soon realized I wanted to deepen my practice and build the opportunity to share this magical journey with others. Yoga has given me everything I could have ever asked for and more - if I can even share a fraction of that with others, I would consider myself honored. Having finished my 200YTT with Zuna Yoga in Cambodia last year I am embarking on the jo

urney of teaching, excited to share my knowledge and experience yet even more ecstatic to continue learning from and with my students. I qualified in Hatha Vinyasa Yoga, now teaching different levels from beginners’ basics to advanced inversions, arm balances and dynamic flows. My focus is on teaching private or very small groups as I believe in tailoring my classes to each of my students.
