I don't want to debate this but it's an interesting observation. Some people can become obsessed with weighing themselves. You may still weight the same and fit into your clothes better because you have lost inches. Food for thought.....

I have yet to experience hot flashes thankfully but I have heard from too many women that they are not fun. Well...I was listening to a doctor on YouTube this morning about a study done on how a plant based diet which includes good quality soy beans as being beneficial for hot flashes. Nice!! I intake water washed non-gmo soy beans everyday in my vegan Complete powder, so hopefully this will help me avoid hot flashes 🙌

Transparency here.....I am sharing this because I actually have a difficult time celebrating little wins even when I should. I'm a work in progress and this is something I plan to work on this year.
Anyone else struggle with this?
