How was your week?
The goal of this week AGAIN is to "Take Rich Supplements".
Why?
I feel most people will still ignore my last week's advice about supplements.
Most men are *malnourished*, even though they are chubby with *potbellies*!
They lack some of the essential nutrients needed for *sexual health*.
Due to poor nutrition, diet alone is not sufficient.
*This is where supplements become important.*
They provide the *_vitamins and minerals_* you need.
This week, we will see how you get a rich supplement and start taking it.
You may need to talk to a pharmacist or doctor, especially if you have an underlying disease or are on certain drugs you take regularly.
😎 A Short Story:
George is a Nigerian man in his 40s.
He had been feeling weak and stressed for months.
And, his mood and libido were at all-time lows.
It affected his love life.
He contacted me.
We checked and tests showed vitamin deficiencies, likely from his poor diet and limited intake of fruits and vegetables.
