The optimisation of stent expansion in left main crossover PCI has long been recognised as a determinant of clinical outcomes.
This IVUS-guided study report that suboptimal MSA is independently associated with increased 5-year MACE, providing quantitative thresholds that can guide daily practice.
These findings reinforce the role of intravascular imaging as an indispensable tool in , bridging procedural technique with long-term prognosis.

The Japanese Government announced today, April 29, 2025, the awarding of the "Order of the Rising Sun, Gold Rays with Rosette" to four Tunisian friends of Japan, for the "2025 Spring Decoration."

The names and their merits are as follows:
- Dr. Habib Gamra: Contributions to strengthening relations between Japan and African countries in the field of medicine

أعلنت الحكومة اليابانية اليوم، 29 أبريل 2025، عن منح ”وسام الشمس المشرقة، أشعة ذهبية مع وردية“ لأربعة تونسيين، أصدقاء اليابان، ”للتكريم في ربيع 2025“.

وفيما يلي أسماؤهم ومزاياهم:
- الدكتور حبيب قمرة: مساهماته في تعزيز العلاقات بين اليابان والدول الأفريقية في مجال الطب
- السيد عدنان خواجة: مساهماته في تعزيز الصداقة والتفاهم المتبادل بين اليابان وتونس
- السيد جمال بوجدارية: مساهماته في تعزيز العلاقات والصداقة بين اليابان وتونس
- الأستاذ عماد بن عمار: مساهماته في تطوير تعليم اللغة اليابانية وتعزيز التفاهم المتبادل بين اليابان وتونس

Le Gouvernement japonais a annoncé aujourd'hui, le 29 avril 2025, l'octroi de “l’Ordre du Soleil Levant, Rayons d’Or avec Rosette” à quatre Tunisiens, amis du Japon, pour “la décoration du printemps 2025”.

Les noms et leurs mérites sont les suivants :
- Dr. Habib Gamra : Contributions au renforcement des relations entre le Japon et les pays africains dans le domaine de la médecine
- M. Adnene Khouaja : Contributions à la promotion de l’amitié et de la compréhension mutuelle entre le Japon et la Tunisie
- M. Jamel Boujdaria : Contributions au renforcement des relations et de l’amitié entre le Japon et la Tunisie
- Pr. Imed Ben Ammar : Contributions au développement de l’enseignement du japonais et à la promotion de la compréhension mutuelle entre le Japon et la Tunisie
