Just NWO religious propaganda driven by corporate marketing, man-made morals and a neurotic fear of the beautiful/brutal natural order of our world. There's nothing healthy about veganism (raw or otherwise) for an animal with canines, one stomach and virtually no cecum. Our guts are more similar in length and structure to those of cats and dogs than any ape. But every vegan I've known wastes away and quits after a few years, so I don't have to convince you. Eventually you'll have no choice but to abandon your belief system and start listening to your instincts, because your body will begin eating itself once you've burned through your old nutrient stores (if it hasn't already). Or you can stay removed from nature and continue to prematurely degenerate. In any case it's your choice and I could care less what happens to you. But for children raised in households possessed by the dogma you're espousing, there is no choice. Diet:
Main foods
-raw beef, cooked beef (organic, and ideally grassfed)
-krill powder (for omega 3 DHA. EXTREMELY IMPORTANT)
or wild caught salmon. Ideally alaskan.
-Royal Jelly (1-2 small dose per day)
-1 or 2 raw egg yolks per day (I discard the white which has anti-nutrient)
-Coconut oil (for saturated fat): play with fat/protein in your diet. Ideally get animal fat , like raw beef fat. Coconut oil is a tropical food and may confuse our winter-adapted DNA when eating to some extent. (according to Jack Kruse, neurosurgeon and biohacker). IF YOU EAT MEAT THATS TOO LEAN AND NOT ENOUGH FAT, your body won't be able to produce enough ketones for energy fuel and you will feel weak. You will also feel weak if you get mineral deficiencies (ketosis makes you excretes electrolytes faster, especially during the adaptation phase when you first start the keto diet. Electrolytes: sodium, potassium, magnesium, calcium. Research deficiency symptoms for each. Make sure you eat mineral rich foods like algaes, pink salt, urine, etc.)
-Raw beef liver (if organic grassfed, it should taste sweet a bit, not bitter)
-some pink salt (very small pinch)
•VEGGIES: Raw celery (i like hearts of celery better), hearts (for copper), a bit of algaes (i like kelp powder. just taking a small teaspoon)
•Fruits: coconut shreds (which is low in sugar). Half a banana before sleep (helps increase serotonin, which then converts into melatonin during the night). You need to find your own threshold of healthy amount of carbs (for some it will be 20g per day, others it might be up to 100g. Depending on several factors, like genetics, exercise, severity of insulin resistance which we all suffer from already, etc).
Boron (very important nutrient not really found in animal food): Dates, Raisins (make sure there isnt canola oil or any other oil in the package), apricots, figs. Maybe grapes have boron in it too (raisins are dehydrated grapes)
•Others:
I drink distilled water everyday (I highly recommend you drink some too!), and I do urine therapy (message if you want to know about that one). I use lime juice sometimes to improve digestion and/or bitter herbs like thym, ginger, haritaki (research the insane benefits of that one)
Supplements: Emulsified vitamin D, up to 5,000 or 10,000 units per day (i personally just take 3,000). And vitamin K2 (make sure it has both mk4 and mk7 in it.) Those 2 should be taken with fat as they are fat soluble vitamins. I take them with my breakfast/first meal of the day usually. Do not take vitamin D at night it prevents melatonin secretion so your sleep will be ruined)
Try to not snack too much between meals this can disrupt the ketosis

👉🏽ZINC TOXICITY IS REAL:⁣
In this 2 part series, Pedro and I will be exploring the implications of OVER-doing one of the most important minerals in the 21st century… Zinc. ⁣
An important note, this post will likely be only relevant to those consuming supplements that contain Zinc or if you’re eating COPIOUS amounts of oysters every single day. ⁣

🚨ZINC CAN DEPLETE COPPER LEVELS:⁣
It is true that most of us are suffering from copper toxicity. It is well known that zinc is the antagonist to copper. Low copper levels is a big deal too, since copper depletion/deficiency is a major risk factor for cardiovascular disease (), and can also lead to lower ZEST and energy for life, since copper is important for the synthesis of Norepinephrine.⁣

🚦EXCESS ZINC MAY BLUNT CORTISOL RELEASE:⁣
This may be one major reason why Zinc is better for some if they use it before bed. ⁣
Findings showed an acute INHIBITORY effect of zinc on CORTISOL secretion during 240 min of the study period in the experimental group (Neto, 1990).⁣⁣


🚨EXCESS ZINC MAY DAMAGE METABOLISM:⁣
After 8 weeks of 50mg zinc per day, researchers noted increased lipid oxidation, increases in total cholesterol, triglycerides, LDL-C, ApoB100 and decreased in HDL and ApoA1 in formerly healthy men (Xiang et al., 2004). This is quite alarming, however, if you have a deficiency of zinc, this will likely NOT occur. It’s about achieving optimal levels of nutrients, not FLOODING your body, thinking more is always better. 50mg daily for 8 weeks should only ever be used under the supervision by a licensed medical professional/doctor/N.D. ⁣

Strive for the optimal range, not ‘more is better’. For those who supplement Zinc on a REGULAR basis, at higher doses, this may lead to unwanted effects. Be sure to keep an eye on your Zinc levels, particularly if zinc appears in your supplements. ⁣
