Im day 300 of current semen retention streak
Diet:
Main foods
-raw beef, cooked beef (organic, and ideally grassfed)
-krill powder (for omega 3 DHA. EXTREMELY IMPORTANT)
or wild caught salmon. Ideally alaskan.
-Royal Jelly (1-2 small dose per day)
-1 or 2 raw egg yolks per day (I discard the white which has anti-nutrient)
-Coconut oil (for saturated fat): play with fat/protein in your diet. Ideally get animal fat , like raw beef fat. Coconut oil is a tropical food and may confuse our winter-adapted DNA when eating to some extent. (according to Jack Kruse, neurosurgeon and biohacker). IF YOU EAT MEAT THATS TOO LEAN AND NOT ENOUGH FAT, your body won't be able to produce enough ketones for energy fuel and you will feel weak. You will also feel weak if you get mineral deficiencies (ketosis makes you excretes electrolytes faster, especially during the adaptation phase when you first start the keto diet. Electrolytes: sodium, potassium, magnesium, calcium. Research deficiency symptoms for each. Make sure you eat mineral rich foods like algaes, pink salt, urine, etc.)
-Raw beef liver (if organic grassfed, it should taste sweet a bit, not bitter)
-some pink salt (very small pinch)
•VEGGIES: Raw celery (i like hearts of celery better), hearts (for copper), a bit of algaes (i like kelp powder. just taking a small teaspoon)
•Fruits: coconut shreds (which is low in sugar). Half a banana before sleep (helps increase serotonin, which then converts into melatonin during the night). You need to find your own threshold of healthy amount of carbs (for some it will be 20g per day, others it might be up to 100g. Depending on several factors, like genetics, exercise, severity of insulin resistance which we all suffer from already, etc).
Boron (very important nutrient not really found in animal food): Dates, Raisins (make sure there isnt canola oil or any other oil in the package), apricots, figs. Maybe grapes have boron in it too (raisins are dehydrated grapes)
•Others:
I drink distilled water everyday (I highly recommend you drink some too!), and I do urine therapy (message if you want to know about that one). I use lime juice sometimes to improve digestion and/or bitter herbs like thym, ginger, haritaki (research the insane benefits of that one)
Supplements: Emulsified vitamin D, up to 5,000 or 10,000 units per day (i personally just take 3,000). And vitamin K2 (make sure it has both mk4 and mk7 in it.) Those 2 should be taken with fat as they are fat soluble vitamins. I take them with my breakfast/first meal of the day usually. Do not take vitamin D at night it prevents melatonin secretion so your sleep will be ruined)
Try to not snack too much between meals this can disrupt the ketosis
