-½ cup frozen pink pitaya (dragon fruit)

FISH TACOS FEAST with TANGY GUT GUAC
😋 Make your own dressings for an easy way to boost nutrient content of meals!
GUT GUAC:
Blend:
1/2 large avocado
1/4 cup lime juice
1 scoop collagen * IT MUST BE THIS BRAND FOR THE CREAMINESS! We use a 5 type peptide blend in protea yielding ultra creamy and an entire host of gut healing nutrients inside of collagen 5-type.
1/2 tsp vinegar
1 tbsp taco seasoning
1/4 cup salsa

👩🏽‍🍳Start your Ovens! PEANUT BUTTER BAKED PROTEIN OATS - totes the next thing you need😍!
😁 Nutrients galore in this warming dish.
MIX:
Dry
1/3 c coconut flour
1/2 c ground flaxseed
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp cinnamon
3/4 cup vanilla protein powder
3 tbsp collagen peptides
1/2 cup oatmeal

Wet
1 cup coconut yogurt
2 tsp vanilla extract
1 c liquid egg whites
1 cup natural peanut butter (or almond butter)
1 1/2 cup almond milk
1/2 c riced cauli or grated fresh zucchini

Combine dry ingredients in a bowl and stir. Add yogurt, pb, extract, cauli/zuchhini, and milk, Stir well.

Place into a greased 9x13 dish Bake at 350° for 30-35 minutes.

Cut into 6 servings for an easy prepped meal to satisfy your sweet tooth and support metabolism and blood sugar.

🫐 BOTTOM LAYER
-3 tsp chia seeds
-1/2 cup coconut milk or yogurt
-1 scoop collagen 5 type (soooo thick 😍)
-1/2 tsp honey
🫐MIDDLE LAYER
-1 tbsp toasted coconut chips
🫐TOP LAYER
-fresh blueberries and sea salt

🧁 COLLY-KRISPIES - rice krispies but BIGGER AND BETTER!😍

Upgrade your treats with this super simple recipe featuring nutrient for gut, hair, skin, nails, muscles and more!

* 4 tbsp butter or coconut oil
* 5 cups rice cereal
* 10 oz date syrup or honey
* 2 tbsp collagen
* 4 tbsp cacao nibs + sea salt for topping

* Add rice cereal to a large bowl and set aside. Spray baking dish and set aside.

Add butter to pan and melt. Add in dates and stir continuously until melted. 

Pour date mixture over rice cereal and stir until evenly coated. Press rice crispy mixture into baking dish.

Set in the fridge for 30 minutes.

Melt cacao nibs with a little bit of coconut oil. Drizzle chocolate over the top of treats and sprinkle with sea salt.
