I have spent my life helping people to heal themselves through reiki, meditation and guidance from the tarot. I have been teaching tarot, meditation, mindfulness and relaxation for stress management and personal development. I have the City & Guilds Teaching Adults in Education qualification,

Many of my students continued to develop their psychic development and practice healing both individually and in an absent healing group. I am a Reiki Master and have carried many atonements and hold regular healing groups. My interest in energy healing has continued and I have recently qualified in Bach Flower Remedies. Just after midnight, look toward Ta**us — you’ll see a breathtaking contrast:
the Moon’s soft amber glow beside the icy-blue shimmer of hundreds of distant suns, each more than 440 light-years away. ✨

• Visible worldwide, best from the Northern Hemisphere.
• Look east after 10 PM, and watch the Moon slowly drift beside the cluster.
• Through binoculars or a small telescope, you’ll glimpse a field of glittering blue jewels — a sight no camera can truly capture.

The Pleiades have inspired countless myths — the Greek “Seven Sisters,” the Māori “Matariki,” and even Japan’s “Subaru” (yes, the car logo represents these stars!).

My Story

I have met some wonderful spiritual teachers through my life that encouraged me to study spiritual healing, Reiki, Hypnosis, Tarot, Psychic development Counselling and Metaphysical thinking. I have spent my life helping people to heal themselves through healing, meditation, counselling and hypnosis and also using guidance from the tarot. I have been teaching meditation techniques, mindfulness, creative visualization for stress management and personal development for over 25 years. Many of my students continued to develop their psychic development and practice healing both individually and in an absent healing group. I studied Hypnosis, Analysis and Psychotherapy with the International Association of Hypno-Analysts and gained a Diploma. I also qualified as a Gold Counsellor and abide by the Code of Ethics of the highest order. I am a Reiki Master and have carried many attunements and hold regular healing groups.

In 2017 I decided to study and develop my knowledge of Homeopathy and Bach Flower Remedies with The School of Natural Health Sciences, i have found that homeopathy and Bach flower remedies can compliment all treatments.
