It’s back to school season!

Take the stress out of packing school lunches with one of my favorite life hacks:

School lunch bins!

I spend a little time each week prepping simple options the kids can throw into their lunch bags for school.

I typically have 4 bins:
- sandwiches/ mains
- cheeses/ Sargentos Balanced Breaks
- yogurt/ chia squeezes/ pudding
- veggies and fruits

The kids can choose one item from each bin to put together a balanced lunch.

I have a couple larger bins for the pantry that have various snacks like:
— nuts, dried fruit, granola bites, fruit bars, beef jerky, crackers, etc.

This is a great way to give your kids some options and responsibility to pack their lunches, while also helping them create more balanced meals for the school day.

I have used this process for years and it may seem “extra” but it has been a game changer for busy school mornings and the dreaded packing of school lunches!

Gonna be totally honest…
I’m basically a 5 year old when it comes to following recipes…especially if it includes more than 5 ingredients…🤷‍♀️
However, I always make an exception in some cases, like with this OG recipe!
This is a great one for meal prep!

After years of struggling with years of yo-yo dieting, over-exercising, and hating my body, a single moment changed it all for me. My own child beginning to fall into a pattern of self-loathing...at age 10. That’s what it took for me to finally break down the bullsh*t belief system that diet culture had created in my mind to start to address the root cause of the problem.

Now, as a registered dieititan and nutrition coach, I help overwhelmed women discover how to break out of the dieting cycle, take control, and develop a healthy relationship with food and their bodies again.

Using my proven RESET methodology, I have helped hundreds of women lose weight, break up with yo-yo dieting, develop a healthy relationship with food, and MAINTAIN IT ALL.

My simple approach to fat loss enables you to feel and look your best by focusing on increasing your metabolism instead of taking away foods you love. This doesn’t mean overhauling your life. I wanted to create a system that was easy to translate into your everyday life so you feel empowered in the choices you make for your health withoug the guilt and all while still living your best life.
