We LOVE coming to visit your classroom, but we know these practices need PRACTICE.

One of the reasons that we love being in schools is that teachers learn these tools as well!

Kids learn how to use yoga and mindfulness off the mat through repetition. By integrating yoga and mindfulness into the daily life of your classroom, kids have opportunities to practice many times throughout the day!

Transitions, circle time, rest, read alouds-there are so many ways to weave yoga and mindfulness into the routine that you already have and we would love to come train your staff!

✌️ All ages with a grownup!
🧘🏽 Bring a yoga mat or towel and a water bottle

Storytime Yoga last night with Prescribe Outside was so lovely.

✨ We flew, soared, and dove like birds
✨ We practiced focus and balance amidst outside noise
✨ We felt the gentle breeze in tree and bird poses as we swayed our branches and spread our wings

Most importantly, we created space for calm, presence, and time together ❤️
