🗓 Joint Staffing Deadline: AUGUST 31

⏳ Don’t wait until the last minute—completing a staffing plan takes at least two UBT meetings to review data, plan, and reach consensus.

👥 Co-leads and staffing champions have got the training, all teams have the data—but more than half of teams still haven’t started.

🚫 Plans submitted after August 31 will not be considered by regional budget makers. Let’s make sure our hard work counts!
