Synergy Feed - with Julie Taitel SynergyFeed is where holistic minds merge. Sharing tips, education, nutrition and wellness news, food, and supplement info. Welcome! My name is Julie Taitel.

I created SynergyFeed after years of diagnosing and healing myself multiple times from debilitating illnesses by feeding my mind and body with healthy nutrition and using information learned about integrative medicine. The key tools I use are self-awareness and being open to explore both modern and alternative medical practices to find what worked best for me. It is my mission to share and help others realize they too have a similar ability to heal themselves. There may not be a cure for everything, but there certainly are opportunities for improvement. As a Certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, I help busy people achieve their personal health and wellness goals. We work together to make small, realistic modifications to their diet and lifestyle over an extended period of time in order to create lasting results. (Studies show that drastic changes over short periods of time are less likely to produce long-term results, which explains why so many diet plans ultimately fail when people return to old habits and gain the weight back.) In addition to health and life coaching, I am also a Certified Reiki Energy Healer. Personally, I have benefited from this healing method on multiple occasions, following traumatic emotional experiences. Being that my coaching practice focuses on the ‘Brain and Gut’ connection to healing and providing stress relief to busy people, I will soon be offering optional Reiki sessions to assist with emotional stressors that are triggering a manifestation of physical illness. If you are looking for coaching support for your own health and wellness goals, please contact me for a free health history consultation. ***NOTE: My practice is currently ON HOLD while I take time off to address a personal medical challenge; however, I will continue to share, guide, inspire and remain connected via Facebook posts, with all who wish to receive the light I have to give.***

Thank you for visiting Synergy Feed.

Are you still eating Campbell's soup? This article caught my attention. Buyer beware. Organic or from scratch, whole food ingredients are the safer choice.

(NaturalHealth365) Leaked recording allegedly claims Campbell's contains lab-grown meat, triggering investigation.

For a twist on your turkey or turkey breast this year, try adding a bacon lattice. See comments for more information on my very own "bacon gravy" creation. Yum!😀

If you have Netflix, check out "ONE SHOT with ED SHEERAN." He brings upbeat, friendly, musical entertainment to NYC. It's a feel good watch, dance, and sing-a-long from your home. You can thank me when you are done. 😜

Thank you Dr. Hyman. Let's get walking.

Thank you Dr. Hyman. Let's get walking.

Walking is one of the most underrated yet profoundly impactful things you can do for your health. Love this post by 🚶🏼

Here’s what happens when you make walking a daily habit: Your cardiovascular system gets stronger, blood pressure drops, and circulation improves. Blood sugar stabilizes, especially after meals.

It also works wonders for your brain and mood. Walking lowers cortisol, boosts dopamine and endorphins, sharpens focus, sparks creativity, and even helps prevent cognitive decline.

And when you take your walk outside, the benefits multiply—lower stress, better sleep, and a deeper sense of connection to nature.

Aim for 30 minutes a day and mix it up - brisk walks for your heart, post-meal walks for blood sugar, or nature walks for stress relief. Which one will you do today?

I believe the further explanation not being stated here is that the plastic when heated releases toxins. That is the added caution.

Personally, if I get a rotisserie, I buy the organic from whole foods and pay attention to the time stamp. This to get the most recently cooked one, not sitting as long under the light. Then bring it home, pull all chicken off the bones and store in either glass or BPA free plastic containers

For all those fighting this fight, I stand with you in gratitude for more awareness bringing to light this severely disabling condition.

This weekend, history was made at .labcoat during New York Fashion Week (). For the first time, Lyme disease awareness took the runway, uniting patients, advocates, doctors, researchers, and celebrities with one mission: to fight for solutions, visibility, and hope. 💚

We were honored to walk the runway as models, representing the millions impacted by Lyme disease. Every step we took was for those too sick to stand. Every camera flash was for the families fighting behind closed doors. Every cheer in the crowd was for the warriors who continue to battle daily.

Walking that runway was about more than fashion. It was about telling the world that Lyme disease is real, it’s urgent, and it affects millions. It was about giving a voice to the invisible and showing the strength, courage, and resilience of the Lyme community.

We are deeply grateful to for creating this powerful moment, and to organizations like , , and for driving research, treatment, and patient support. 🙏

This is just the beginning. Help us keep the momentum alive:
💚 Share this post to spread awareness
💚 Comment to show your support
💚 Tag a friend who needs to know they are not alone
💚 Like and follow to stay part of this growing movement

Let’s make sure the world never forgets what happened on that runway. Together, we can end Lyme.

Check out our blog post at TickBootCamp.com/Blog to learn more about the event!

Sending you some peaceful beauty. Cheers to a bright, uplifting day ahead. Enjoy! 😀🌻
