We are thankful for our patients and always want to hear from you if you have ongoing problems or needs. However, we have an overwhelming number of patients contacting providers and staff over social media or by text message. Life around the clinic is quite busy and many times we are not aware of any requests on social media or by text. Further, social media and text are not secure and compliant with privacy standards. So, we are asking all patients to call the clinic and speak to or leave messages with a staff member for any needs so we can better care for everyone safely, effectively, and with their privacy in mind. Our policy will be to redirect you to call the clinic and social media and text messages will be ignored.
