OUR STORY:
About 13 years ago, there was a woman who went to see her doctor for a check-up. Her doctor said she had to go on medicine, or get in shape! She walked that dog everyday and she learned about healthy eating. It was really hard work! But she persevered and lost some weight and reduced her blood pressure. To her surprise - she also eliminated many other chronic inflammatory conditions sh

e was suffering from like carpal tunnel, knee pain, plantar fasciitis, high cholesterol, sleep problems, PCOS, IBS and skin issues! That was the day a light bulb went on and she thought - wouldn't it be great if she could use her skills as an Occupational Therapist to help others make healthy changes to their lifestyle also? So, she developed Healthe Habits for Living, An Intensive Lifestyle Change Program where a person can come 2-3 times a week to an occupational or physical therapist to learn how to change the way they think, relate to, consume and manage food and exercise on a daily basis! And ever since, she has provided therapeutic lifestyle interventions and plans for all kinds of people with all kinds of health problems! Now, other occupational and physical therapists all over the world are Network Providers of the Healthe Habits for Living Program and are providing this valuable therapeutic program to their clients too! Our Story

She walked that dog everyday and she learned about healthy eating. It was really hard work! But she persevered and lost some weight, reduced her blood pressure and to her surprise - she also eliminated many other chronic inflammatory conditions she was suffering from like carpal tunnel, knee pain, plantar fascitis, high cholesterol, sleep apnea, PCOS, IBS and skin issues!

Then one day she thought it would be great if she could use her skills as an Occupational Therapist to help others make healthy changes to their lifestyle also.
