A day of Practice, Reflection & Setting intention.

You'll learn a very potent practice taught by Swami Digambarji of Kaivalyadhama that is proven to bring positive changes in the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual well-being. There will be philosophical discussions on the Kriya yoga, its application in day to day life followed by reflection & journaling. Practical sessions on kriya yoga will include Pranayama & Mantra focused practices with prior learning of chanting & discussion on Om. Asanas will be used as a preparatory tool to prepare the body and mind for the rest of the day.

You will take home a practice that can be transformed into sadhana for the rest of your life.
You can check .moon.studio to get the feel of the space. Lunch & Dinner based on the Ayurvedic principles will be provided and we will also learn how to make Khichri, a balanced, nourishing dish.
There is a hot tub, wooden sauna at the property for you to enjoy and enough walking trails to spend time in nature.

Vibhaga/Sub sectional breathing
Yogic breathing with ratios
Cleansing practices like Neti, Kapalbhati, Mukha bhastrika to cleanse the passages and avoid seasonal allergies.
Sound based practice/ Nada to enhance breathing and go deeper bringing silencing of the mind.

Most of us ar not using more than 1/10th of the lung capacity which is a cause of a lot of health issues. Oxygen is needed for each and every function of the body and it's important we train our lungs to do its function properly.

This session will also prepare you for Classical Pranayama techniques.

Learn yoga beyond asanas that includes kriyas, pranayama, breathing practices, sound based practices (Nada) , relaxation techniques and the basics of yoga philosophy.
This is a good class for anyone who is a complete beginner or wants to take their practice beyond asanas. A step by step approach will be adopted to build your persona practice. It is a live online class and attention will be given through verbal ques that is important to raise your awareness of the practice.

Online yoga philosophy conducted once a month will be included in the session.

Every Saturday from 25th Jan - 15th Mar, 2025.
