Bi-Polar / Borderline Personality Disorder 2024 UPDATE: I have been away for a time. I've come back because I've seen posts that are bullying, and I can't allow that. So, if I can help anyone, here I am.

So, I am doing this differently this time. I won't be posting educational things anymore unless asked. What I will do is answer questions or help out with a situation someone is dealing with as best I can. Offer whatever I can....

I hope that this page will lend support to any person out there who needs advice, help with learning a coping strategy, or just to vent. I have spent years in therapy and attend regular support groups. I also continue my education by taking as many classes as possible and courses that I can get involved it. I've had 5 years of CBT and year of DBT, followed by many classes of DBT because DBT continues to add more and more information to their education timeline. My reason for putting myself out there is that many of my peers have told me that they like what I say in the support class and how I speak to fellow consumers.

Our Story

I hope that this page will lend support to any person out there who needs advice, help with learning a coping strategy, or just to vent. I come from a family riddled with Mental Health issues on a variety of levels, several suicides, and an equal number of people who are non-compliant and/or who refuse to accept or believe that they have a Mental Health situation. I have spent many years in therapy and attend regular support groups. I also continue my education by taking as many classes and courses that I can get involved it. I've had 5 years+ of CBT and year of DBT, followed by many classes of DBT because it continues to add more and more information to their education timeline. The coping skills they both offer are paramount importance to all who need them! I try to keep abreast of the new information out there and changes in basic information and/or studies done. My reason for putting myself out there in this way is that many of my peers have told me that they like what I say in the support classes, my approach, and how I speak to fellow consumers. So, if I can help anyone, here I am. Peace ~
