Dr Padraig McGillicuddy offers a full service General Practice also offering Minor Surgery and Cryosurgery and with a special interest in Sports &Exercise Medicine South Cork Sports and Medicine is primarily a General Practice offering all the GP services including Mens',Womens' and Child Heath , Vaccination Clinics, Implanon Insertion ,Contraceptive Medicine and Minor Surgery and Cryo Surgery. Dr McGillicuddy has a special interest in Minor surgery and Cryosurgery ; he attained Membership in Surgery at RCSI in 2000. His main area of special interest is Sports & Exercise Medicine having completed a Masters in Sports & Exercise Medicine, University College Cork in 2014 and currently is a Member of the Faculty of Sports and Exercise Medicine. He offers specialised ,half hour,Sports Medicine assessments at the surgery in Carrigaline . In November 2016 he joined GP Dr Claire McCarthy at the current premises- Carrigaline Medical Practice and together with nursing and administration staff they provide a full General Practice service while also offering the benefit of their own areas of special interest to create a vibrant, modern practice in the heart of Carrigaline.
