ABOUT MEAL WISDOM

In a world filled with thousands of DIETS, I want to stand out as a nutrition/accountability coach that works with a proven plan to discover your truth. Hi, I’m Emily Wilson, Personal Trainer-Nutritionist-Your Coach. I am the Co-Founder of Meal Wisdom, and highly sought after Weight Loss Expert. After 20 years in the Health and Wellness industry I had my first personal health struggle being diagnosed with Hashimoto’s, early onset of menopause and Adrenal Fatigue. My own health journey helped me discover how to use a philosophy of Blood Sugar Stabilization along with an individual approach to help my clients win once and for all with their health. I am excited to build a community of both women and men who want to become their BEST SELF!!!

Meal Wisdom is a 4 Pillar Health approach including Truth, Balance, Consistency and Support. It’s not easy to start fresh with your health and I want to make the process enjoyable, easy and one that you know you will succeed.
