For my wife's Birthday Lunch we ( 6 of us) went to Sona's Grill , Indian Resturant at Robertson Quay Singapore.

The owner Mr Gautam took personal interest in our order and helped in deciding the Vegetarian dishes, as for kids we wanted very less spicy food.

For starters , we had Malai Paneer & Chilli Paneer and for main Bhindi Do Payaza, Dikush Kofta, Daal Makhani accompanied by Rotis ,Garlic Naans, Stuffed Aloo Kulcha, Laccha Paratha. All the dishes were freshly prepared and less spicy as we wanted . All the food taste really very good . Not only adults even Kids enjoyed the food - Very Happy.

Vargin Mohito's sweet & sour was very refreshing and we also had Beer.

Sitting accomodation was nice , nothing fancy but decent & quite. Service was good and Personal attention given by Mr Gautam was plus plus.

We had been to many Indian resturants in Singapore and at Sona's Grill , we had one of our best Indian food and experience.

For more than 6-7 Yrs we have been eating Doubles at Drupatis as I like their pepper sauce and Tarmarind sauce . I drive long distance just to eat Doubles here. I do not mind paying extra for containers & sauces , when asked for.

Today , for takeout, ordered 10 doubles , kids like premade doubles ,Plus 5 doubles ( seperate flat bread and chick peas filling and sauces) as I love to mix my own proportion of sauces.

I paid extra for the container for chick peas. I was told that seperate pepper sauce & Tarmarind sauce has been given for 5 doubles. I did not ask for extra.

On reaching home I find None of the sauce has been packed. Disappointing .

After confirming that sauces have been packed and not doing is called.......

By saving on sauces , few dollar worth, Drupadi profit margins may improve but customers like me will be lost definitely.

From Delhi T3 Airport

That is the storey of Lunch provided by Air Asia for delayed flight passengers and service by Delli Streat at T3

Travelling from Delhi to Bagdogra by Air Asia , the flight delayed by 4Hrs . Air Asia informed lunch at Dilli Street .

From one counter to another counter at Dilli Street , finally reached at the Bar counter - written options for delayed passengers were (1) Plain Dosa (2) Masala Dosa (3) Idli Sambhar (4) Rajma Chawal (5) Chole Chawal (6) Chole Paratha (7) Chole Kulcha AND a small bottle of water.

I asked for Chole Kulcha was informed this option is Not there , cancelled .
Opted for (1)Chole Paratha - 2 small Parathas - precooked - Cold , Not even heated again .

(2) Idli Sambhar - Sambhar was stale , Chutney was good .

The attitude of staff is Rude , as though they are doing Big favour on me by giving food and Air Asia do not pay them.

Poor Lunch by Air Asia.
