Spotlight on our Wellness Specialist, Jen Marion!! She has been with Premier Health Group for almost 1 year now!!

Jen is a Master Certified Health Coach, Fitness Trainer, Nutrition Coach, and Yoga Instructor. She has a passion to educate people on preventative health through the principles of movement, nutrition, and mindset. Her focus is a great compliment to Premier Health Group’s motivation to bring people back from injury and recovery from surgery. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her two young boys, running, weight training and providing services to her own clients at Habit Health & Wellness.

We are excited to introduce you to the newest member of our massage team, Loreto!

Loreto is a conscientious and compassionate massage therapist who graduated with honors for Cortiva Institute of Boston. Recipient of the Diane L. Polseno Achievement Award, she loves to work with all age groups and varied physical conditions. She understands how to personalize each session and make it unique and effective for each individual. She listens to what your needs are and works confidently and sensitively to reduce pain and discomfort. Loreto makes sure to create an atmosphere of safety and trust with her clients, while working to relieve pain through neuromuscular techniques, myofascial release, acupuncture and traditional Swedish massage.

Loreto is available for booking on Tuesday and Friday in our South Hadley office and on Wednesday in our Belchertown office!

We are still accepting new patients in South Hadley, Belchertown and Ware for Chiropractic care, DOT physicals, and Physical Therapy. Massage Therapy services are available in South Hadley and Belchertown.
