This paella dish is low calorie, low in fat, low in sugar, and high in protein. It's easy to make, super tasty and a lovely autumnal colour! 🍂 🍁 I use fish instead of seafood to avoid objections from my family.
As we age, our ability to absorb protein decreases. Eat at least 1g of protein for every pound you weigh (based on your ideal healthy body weight).
