Onion, garlic, chopped tomatoes, spinach, basil, beef meatballs, salt and pepper, dried Italian seasoning. Have it on its own or pair with wholewheat pasta.

This is my go to meal when I have to be out of the house in 5 minutes. Prep this in 3 mins!

Uncle Bens Microwave wholemeal and quinoa rice, tuna and sweetcorn. Not the most nutritious meal but it will beat the pre packed sandwich you buy on your way to work any day and it tastes good cold too!
