🌟 Last week, we had an amazing time at two incredible community events! 🌟

🎨 On Thursday, we attended an art fair on Alberta Street for a day full of music, dancing, and outreach. Our youth and outreach specialist, Aaron Wilson, led the way in handing out Deterra drug deactivation bags to help keep our neighborhoods and environment safe. 🌿

🌻 On Saturday, we celebrated “Reclaiming Black Joy,” with host: Multnomah County-REACH. This gathering celebrated Black and African culture, resilience, and joy through music, poetry, food, and community. 🌍✨

Big Village is tabling both of these events again in August! Last Thursday on Alberta on 8/29 & Reclaiming Black Joy on 8/30. We hope to see you there. 💖
